more details » Adults MAs - Epic Martial Arts Academy Adults MAs 8.30 - 9.30 Whether you want to start martial arts classes, take your current training to the next level or simply get fit whilst having fun, Epic Martial Arts Academy, Birmingham is ideal. Based in South Birmingham we hold our martial arts classes in Balsall Heath and Moseley. Most beginners start with the Hit Fit classes on a Wednesday, to learn the basics and improve fitness, then take in more classes on other nights, to get a grounding in all aspects of the Martial Arts on offer. We have a BJJ coach teach us regularly on Tuesdays in Balsall Heath which is where we do our groundwork training. Currently there are three nights of Adults Martial Arts classes at three venues in Balsall Heath and Moseley. To see where click through to the Find Us page or check out the training times. You will be glad you chose the Epic Martial Arts Academy for your Children's Karate training The Kids Karate Training year There are 4 weeks off a year, two at Christmas and two in the summer holidays. During the holidays only the Thursday night class is held BUT all kids are welcome to come to these classes during the holidays. We usually hold a grading each term, generally a week or two after half term. This means a tangible sign of progression, new or upgraded belt, is regularly achievable and included in the grading fee. Our Karate classes for kids instil a desire to do well and achieve in children, which is reflected in the grading, where the emphasis is on getting out what you put in.
