Our new INTRODUCING gigs will be returning with some of Brums finest SKA bands old and new on the scene. This is a chance to see what Birmingham's fine music scene has to offer as well as creating a top night of entertainment at the best music venue in Moseley Village! This is the night you can see the intimate Bulls Head alive and kicking with the best of live SKA around… We're challenging the little Bulls Head to accommodating some mega bands for the night – INTRODUCING… SKAFINGER & LOBSTER We will also have some special drinks deals for the night because let's face it … inflation on booze is pretty ridiculous recently … anyway here's some nice things to read about our acts and if you really need to know, our special deals are listed at the bottom: SKAFINGER – A full-on 8 piece ska-evangelist group, based in Birmingham, playing Classic Ska, 2-Tone and adding their own unique twist to a few other Ska'd up numbers for good measure! So put on your tonic suits, DMs and braces, or just your favourite dancing shoes and join us for a skanking good time! LOBSTER – A group of 5 mates playing the music they love mixing together ska, punk, reggae, dub and hip-hop to create the lobster sound system sound. They're not doing this for fame and money, They're not bothered about fancy photo shoots and promotional bollocks made up on photoshop, they're in this to get on stage at do what they do and have an awesome time… to express their opinions and get you lot dancing!! One more SKAtastic band to be confirmed… Super cheap drink deals – £2 cans, £2 double dark rum, £2 double vodka, £8 house wine… So really there's no excuse not to come! Eastern PromisesJoin KINO 10 for an evening of short films with an East Asian theme. All the films either hail from China, Japan, or Korea or have these countries as a central theme within them. As always there's a real mix of films; music video, documentary, archive, drama, anime, and more. As if the films weren't enough, we'll even have some very special guests performing live: Lonesome Panther is a writer, performer, artist, comedian and storyteller. Tonight he'll be narrating an original narrative he's written to accompany a silent Japanese short film. Mute are a Birmingham-based musical ensemble. Tonight, two of their members will be performing an improvised score over a classic silent Japanese anime film. I may have said this before, but truly, this is one not to be missed. Doors open at 7:30pm (films start at 8pm) £4 entry.

Lo-Fi, Acoustic Indie-Pop deadpan beauty brilliance abounds. Soaring and clear-as-a-bell vocals from Bohemian Jukebox new-comers Inbetween Seas Rock-Noir band perform rare acoustic set. Their Gavin Monaghan produced single Devil In Me (Buttefly Kiss) is out now.
